🎉 Project Complete 🎉

We’re proud to announce the completion of the Tarrant County Criminal Justice Building project! After just over two years of hard work, this project is officially complete and ready to serve the community.

A project of this scale would not have been possible without the dedication and craftsmanship of our incredible subcontractors and partners. We especially want to thank Posadas, G4 Glazing, Rice Drywall, Thor Construction, ESG, Freer Mechanical, Trinity Concrete, Doors Plus, and finally Shirley Masonry for their outstanding work throughout the project.

As we head into Memorial Day Weekend, let’s take time to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Their service and dedication will never be forgotten.

While spending time with family and friends this weekend, keep safety a priority so everyone makes it home safe.

☀️ Memorial Day Weekend Safety Tips ☀️
🌊 Water Safety
• Never swim alone
• Keep a close eye on children at all times
• Wear a life jacket when boating or around deep water
• Avoid alcohol while swimming or operating watercraft
• Stay hydrated and watch for signs of heat exhaustion

🔥 BBQ & Grilling Safety
• Keep grills at least 10 feet away from structures
• Never leave a grill unattended
• Check propane connections before use
• Keep a fire extinguisher or water source nearby
• Make sure grills are fully extinguished after cooking
🚧 Safety doesn’t stop when the workday ends. A little preparation and awareness can prevent serious accidents.

From all of us at Northridge Construction Group, thank you to all military members, veterans, and especially those who gave their lives in service to our nation. We wish everyone a safe and meaningful Memorial Day Weekend.

🏆 Congratulations to Emmett Rodriguez Winner of NCG’s Annual Safety Campaign! 🦺👏

Over the course of the weeks leading up to Construction Safety Week, our Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents stepped up to lead from the front engaging crews, delivering impactful Toolbox Talks, and raising the standard for jobsite safety across every project.

Emmett stood out through strong leadership, real jobsite engagement, confident delivery, and a clear commitment to keeping safety at the center of everything we do.

This campaign was about more than competition, it was about creating conversations that matter, improving planning through quality JHAs, and reinforcing the culture of safety that drives NCG forward every day.

Thank you to everyone who participated, brought energy to their teams, and made Safety Week a success.💪

⚠️ Safety Week – Day 4 ⚠️

Today at Meadowbrook and Central, crews focused on Heat Illness Prevention and Ladder Safety.

With temperatures rising across DFW, we reviewed the signs of heat exhaustion, the importance of hydration, and taking breaks when needed. Teams also reinforced ladder safety by covering inspections, proper setup, and maintaining three points of contact.

Safety is built through preparation, awareness, and looking out for one another every day.

⚡ Construction Safety Week –Day 3: Electrical Safety ⚡

Today’s focus is Electrical Safety, one of the most critical topics in construction. Awareness, proper planning, and using the right equipment are key to maintaining a safe and productive jobsite.

✔️ Inspect cords, tools, and temporary power daily
✔️ Report damaged equipment immediately
✔️ Maintain proper housekeeping around power sources
✔️ Follow approved procedures and site safety requirements

A strong safety culture starts with paying attention to the details and looking out for one another onsite.
