Hello everyone!

I am excited to look back at the progression of our company in the last year. We have grown from under 25 full time employees to nearly 100 full time employees. We have renovated the facility to include brand new air / heat (HVAC) systems in each of our “brand new” production buildings and installed many new technologies to assist our employees with the production of our products.

We are growing again! We are looking for maintenance technicians – level 1, safety/lean leaders, mfg. supervisors, distribution supervisors, inventory cycle counters and material handlers (various levels). Happy Friday

I have been posting open positions since I started as the Site Director for Wytec/NEXTBEAM in March. I am excited to say "here we go again".

Now hiring additional staff in the Siouxland Area!

We will be hiring 10 additional production operators, this includes an additional line that will be live by end of June. We are also excited to offer an entirely new shift, we are adding a 3rd shift (Friday/Saturday/Sunday that will be coming on line soon.

Please spread the word, we are paying well in the market, we have climate controlled work centers (when it was 99 yesterday, it was 70 in on our production floor), we truly have a great team here in North Sioux City and looking for many more to join!

We have immediate openings for (2) 2nd shift production operator positions , starts at $15, goes to $16 after 30-day evaluation, (4) 10 hour shifts, Mon-Thu, we do OT on Fridays. spread the word...our production area is a clean room, climate controls, seats, great culture.
