Just finished up the last dig of the year on another home up in Hinton in the Blackhawk development area. This will be another beautiful 1568 ft.² ranch home with three bedrooms and two baths on the main and three car attached garage. This will be ready for new owners later this spring.

Earlier this year we started building up in the Blackhawk development in Hinton Iowa and will continue building up there throughout next year or two. The last couple of weeks, our crews and subcontractors worked tirelessly to get this house completed and turned over today. This takes a a lot of coordination and cooperation with everybody involved and is a testament as to why we have used the same subcontractors for years. Not only do they do outstanding work, but they just get it!

Today the city of Hinton’s population has grown by 3.

Sod lay on Monday and final cleaning and this custom of my original floor plan that we made about 150 ft.² bigger we’ll have the new owners in at the end of the week. Seemed like a pretty good time too pop another hole in the ground next-door.

Three more foundations to go in yet this year!

After waiting way too long to break ground in this development, we have finally purchased a few lots and have our first house under construction. This is up in the Blackhawk Ridge development in Hinton, Iowa.  this three bedroom, two bathroom ranch with three stall garage will have 1735 ft.² and will feature a walkout basement with the possibility of adding two more bedrooms and have over 3000 ft.² of living area with gorgeous views.
