Commercial HVAC/R equipment is a major investment. Power problems shouldn’t put it at risk.

With up to 150kA maximum surge protection, a 60A contactor that fully disconnects equipment from the service, a NEMA 4X enclosure, and a modular design with field-replaceable components, the 3VMS Series brings multiple layers of protection together in one package.

One solution. Multiple layers of protection. Built for demanding three-phase applications.

Precision matters. And when a fault occurs, having the history to understand it matters just as much.

Introducing the ICM492DX Single-Phase Digital Line Voltage Monitor, officially launching today!

Engineered with a new microprocessor for improved accuracy, the ICM492DX continuously monitors incoming line voltage and displays RMS voltage on its improved backlit digital display. It also features displayed voltage calibration, allowing the displayed voltage to be calibrated to match the RMS value of a voltmeter.

And with 50-fault memory, the ICM492DX gives technicians access to a deeper history of fault events, providing more information to help evaluate power issues and system performance.

Built for Data Center, Electrical, HVAC/R, Marine, Pool & Spa, and RV applications.

Every Voltage Fault Tells a Story.

The problem is that technicians don't always get to see the whole story.

A power quality issue may occur days before a service call, leaving little evidence behind.

That's why the new ICM492DX Single-Phase Digital Line Voltage Monitor stores up to 50 fault events, helping technicians uncover patterns, identify root causes faster, and reduce costly callback visits.

Plus, precise numerical voltage setpoints eliminate percentage calculations for more accurate protection settings and quicker setup.

More visibility. Better diagnostics. Smarter protection.

Available September 1.

Data centers are driving major electrical load growth across the U.S. As utilities expand generation, transmission, and substations to keep up, power-quality protection is becoming even more important for HVAC/R equipment.

🔧 Tech Tip: Don’t rely on surge protection alone.

Use a layered approach: Surge Protection + Voltage Monitoring + Phase Protection + Anti-Short-Cycle Delay

Help protect control boards, compressors, inverter systems, and motors before a power event turns into a costly service call.

Heating season is coming. Is your truck and troubleshooting process ready?

For this , we’re helping HVAC contractors, electricians, and service technicians get ahead of the first cold-weather calls.

Before the season gets busy, take time to:

🔹 Refresh the heating sequence of operation
🔹 Check your meter and diagnostic skills
🔹 Know how to read the control board
🔹 Stock the truck with the right replacement parts
🔹 Know where to get technical help when you need it

A little preparation now can mean faster diagnostics, fewer callbacks, and more confident service calls when the phones start ringing.

A2L mitigation board on backorder? You have another option.

Don't let an unavailable control board leave an A2L system sitting idle.

The ICM-UA2L-24C-DUAL provides refrigerant detection and mitigation control for R-32 and R-454B applications including compressor lockout and fan activation when a refrigerant leak is detected.

The OEM board may be hard to find. Your solution doesn't have to be.

Ask your distributor about the ICM-UA2L-24C-DUAL.
