We are busy and growing. Looking to add 2-3 experienced framing carpenters to our crew.
Location: WNY / Buffalo-Niagara Area - Shop in Lewiston, NY
Work: New construction, additions, custom homes. Year-round work.
What We Offer:
✓ Competitive pay - $22-$35/hr based on experience (paid weekly)
✓ 40+ hours per week, overtime available
✓ Steady, year-round work - no layoffs
✓ Professional, organized jobsites
✓ Room to grow with the company
What We Need:
✓ 2+ years framing experience (walls, floors, roofs, layout)
✓ Reliable transportation to shop / jobsite
✓ Own basic tool belt / tools
✓ Able to read a tape and work as a team
✓ Reliable, on-time, and takes pride in work
