🔨 Rock-Solid Structural Repair in North Waterford! 🔨

No Slakk Construction just knocked out an expedited, one-day basement staircase replacement at the local Post Office on Valley Road.

We modified the framing, tied the stringers directly into the massive 6x6 support beam and added mid-span 4x4 supports with cross-bracing to completely eliminate any bounce.

We also dug out the dirt basement floor to set structural masonry blocks and drainage gravel, isolating the lumber from ground moisture so it never rots or shifts.

Thank you to Dave for the opportunity to keep this vital community building safe and structurally sound!

Proud to support our local schools! 🛠️🍎

We were thrilled to check some items off an Amazon Wishlist recently for a wonderful neighbor of ours who teaches right here in our community!

Our company was happy to donate kitchen supplies for the K-2 team to use for baking projects and ice cream celebrations this year. We know our local teachers do incredible work, and we are proud to help them make sweet memories with their students.

The old entryway on this home was ready for retirement, so we built a rock-solid upgrade from scratch right here in Waterford.

What we did:

Stick-built a custom stairway and platform completely on-site 🪚

Custom-cut the stringers for a perfect, heavy-duty fit 🪵

Engineered the entire landing to fit perfectly onto the existing concrete slab extension 🧱

Structural save & rot prevention on Mountain Road! 🛠️🏠

Water and Maine winters destroy garage framing. We just wrapped up a major structural rescue in Denmark to protect this property for good.

What we did:

Replaced 3 sides of the rotted sill plates 🪵

Tied it down securely with brand-new anchor bolts 🔩

Replaced all the front wall studs to restore strength 🪚

Replaced all bottom and door trim 🚪

Wrapped the full perimeter in rot-proof PVC freeze board ❄️

Everything is primed and ready for the owner to handle the final paint! 🎨

Saved from the brink on Mountain Road! 🔨🌲

A lot of guys would’ve torn this Denmark shed down. We jacked it way up in the air instead.

How we saved it:

Jacked the entire building up into the air 🚀

Cut the old rotten floor completely out 🪚

Built a brand-new floor system & block foundation underneath 🧱

Sat the building back down & tied it together with new studs 🪵

Sheathed with heavy-duty HDO plywood, primed, and trimmed it out 🌧️

We rehung the original doors to keep the character. The owner is going to handle the final paint later on! 🤝🎨

Don't tear your old shed or camp down yet. Let's save it.
