Changing out screws on this old metal roof with oversized screws with a “covered” rubber gasket, that’s the first thing to go when your metal roof gets to be 15 years or older, then you’ll have to start changing them out one by one, or in this case, just do the whole roof, which is preferred. It’s like getting a whole new roof again without the new cosmetic look. Thanks for looking! Have a great day and do your best every day! 🙏🏼💪🏼
