What a great project to end the week!

Owens Corning Onyx Black

31 square roof replacement. We stripped the roof, replaced the chimney flashing, installed 9’ of Ice & water shield and capped the roof with 70’ of ridge vent.

The owners greated the crew with fredh made coffee cake to start the day off right.

Great Client. Great roof, Great weather!

Hiring a professional that understands your home as a system, not just another job should be a priority when choosing a contractor.

This project is as a result of poor circumstances and a lack of understanding.

The owner had their roof replaced last year.
The previous contractor installed Ice and Water Shield covering the entire roof including the ridge. They installed a ridge vent but air could not flow because if the ice & water.
The bathroom exhaust fan that wasn’t connected well in the attic causing the moisture to get trapped do to poor ventilation and the complete coverage of ice and water shield. The attic filled with mold and the plywood rotted.

Therefore as the result of a well intended but poorly educated contractor the roof was s total loss.

50 Sheets of new plywood, 16 Square of shingles. With only 6’ of ice & water shield.
We kept the ridge open, and capped with vent and shingles only.
Stripped and replaced in one day.

Recent Project on Higgens Beach 🏝️

Rubber Roof 7x20. 2 Square Hip Roof. 🔨

We framed the flat roof and the hip roof.
We installed pitched ISO Panels and installed the rubber.
We installed Landmark Pro asphalt shingles.
We custom bent the perimeter drip edge. We flashed the shingles with 12” lead flashing.

2 days to frame the roof. 1 day to install rubber roof and 1 day to install shingles and flashing.
