You never know what’s hiding inside your mini split until it’s opened up. 😳

This system in Sterling, MA looked fine from the outside, but the indoor unit was packed with dirt, dust, and debris that had built up over time.

Another few Roth tank installations completed and in service.

If your oil tank is showing signs of age, rust, seepage, or you’re simply unsure how old it is, now is the time to start planning for replacement—not after a leak occurs.

Roth double-wall oil tanks offer:

Cooling season is here, and now is the perfect time to schedule your A/C maintenance.

Whether you have a conventional ducted system or a mini-split, routine maintenance helps improve efficiency, maintain airflow, and identify potential issues before they become breakdowns.

Our maintenance services include:

✅ Conventional Split-System A/C Maintenance – $275

✅ Mini-Split Maintenance – $175 for the first indoor unit and outdoor condenser
✅ Additional indoor units on the same system – $50 each

The photos below show a recent mini-split deep cleaning. While routine maintenance addresses normal cleaning and inspection items, some systems require a more extensive cleaning due to heavy dirt buildup, restricted airflow, or biological growth.

Deep cleanings are available for both mini-split and conventional ducted systems and are quoted separately based on the condition of the equipment.
