HAPPY FATHERS DAY ALL, SO HERE IS A LITTLE INFO;

Construction Pro Tip:
Be sure to use a good contractor when you have work done. I won't make a bunch of negative comments about a big box store H.Depo, but a work friend used them as general contractors, architects ect..
Long and short, he spent nearly 100k with them for nothing, and has had to completely redo their kitchen, that was half done, cause H.D massively screwed up and couldn't find qualified electricians, carpenters, ect..so there were code violations, and unfinished work 4 months later.
He has had to start from scratch, pull out the walls and electrical again, what a mess.
He was suppsed to be out of a kitchen for 30days, it's been 4 months. Now starting over. Such b.s., they should he held accountable somehow.

Live and learn, call a great contractor like the Adam's or someone you trust, for your home needs and you won't get "screwed over" pardon the term.

From our home to yours our hearts go out to our neighbors, community, friends, family, and clients in Highland Park. As we grapple for words to express the sorrow we are collectively feeling we know how resilient HP is and wish for healing, strength, and comfort for all.

We express our gratitude to all the First Responders, Doctors, and Nurses for their quick actions and care. Neighboring communities, businesses, and people near and far who are generously giving of their time, talent and treasure to comfort all of us we thank you.

We really appreciate all the new "likes", and would love to help you create the home space you always envisioned.
Since the 2010 housing crash, home additions took a backseat to just selling and upgrading your homes, rinse and repeat.
But with inflated housing prices, especially in a state that has a net population loss every year, why keep overpaying and "get what you get", additions and remodels are the way to go, and when done right, they add equity to your home, create unique environments, and may cost less than you think.
We have wonderful relations with families all across the Northshore, for nearly 3/4 of a century, and can provide any number of references from being honest Contractors, to the quality of our work.
