Our Michigan office team celebrated the completion of the Test and Balance project at the magnificent, newly constructed Little Caesars Arena, home of the Detroit Red Wings and Detroit Pistons by attending the NHL game between the Detroit Red Wings and Winnipeg Jets on Dec 5. It was a great way to celebrate the end of another successful ITB project and the Detroit Red Wing’s big win – 5 to 1! Go Red Wings!

It’s always our pleasure to support the community and those in need. Our CEO, along with a few ITB team members and clients, attended an auction fundraiser held by the Hunger Resource Network, an organization dedicated to fighting hunger.

There’s some exciting renovation work going on at Chicago’s Navy Pier and our professional service technicians are on site this week working on the HVAC air TAB service in the Navy Pier Family Pavilion South Arcade.

We’re honored to be the HVAC TAB professional service provider for the new orthopedic facility at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago where we’ll perform the test and balance for air and water, as well as the duct leak test and commissioning. We’re excited to be working with the fine folks and contractors at Rush Medical and look forward to the completion of the new building’s construction, which is currently scheduled to finish in the fall of 2018.

The sun poured through at Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital as we completed another unique test and balance project at this breathtaking facility. Our team has been hard at work on some exciting projects! Here’s a picture showing the unique architecture and open floorplan at Brunswick’s new corporate headquarters in Mettawa, IL. We provided testing and balancing services that will ensure optimized HVAC performance and efficiency in their new state-of-the-art building.

Our CEO Gary Tarazi, and Senior VP Chris Yacu, had a great time with our friends from Westside Mechanical Group at their golf outing at the White Eagle Golf Club. They even had the opportunity to enjoy some tee time with former Super Bowl Champs Steve McMichael and Dan Hampton!

Kevin Karstedt from ITB participated in Mercy Hospital & Medical Center's annual fundraising golf outing at Ridge Country Club. The day was filled with fun and golf. All proceeds raised will benefit various hospital programs and services.
