Last weekend, Ravinia Festival unveiled the newly renovated Hunter Pavilion—a beautiful new home for unforgettable performances.

We are incredibly proud to have served as the Construction Manager on this transformational project. It's an honor to help shape a place where music brings people together, and memories are made, season after season.

A special thank you to Michael Barnes and LOHAN ARCHITECTURE, pllc for their vision, collaboration, and partnership throughout this incredible project.

This challenging project was completed in 10-½ months through the hard work of our team and trade partners. Congratulations to the entire team on this exciting milestone!

We officially cut the ribbon on a new chapter for our community ✂️🎉

From the bright new gymnastics space and dance studios to classrooms, gathering areas, and a full gymnasium, every corner was designed with community in mind. Seeing everyone come together to celebrate this milestone made the day even more special.

Thank you to everyone who helped bring this vision to life and to all who joined us for the ribbon cutting celebration. We can’t wait to see West Ridge filled with energy, laughter, learning, and community spirit.
