Located at 200 19th Ave NW, Waseca, MN, this soon-to-be apartment building is steadily taking shape. Our team has been making great progress on site work and structural development, and it’s rewarding to see the vision for this community become more visible each week.

We’re excited to share another downtown Northfield project currently underway—transforming the former DeFour Cleaners space into the future home of Lux Med Spa.

This remodel is all about reimagining an existing space to support a new use, while respecting the character of the building and the surrounding downtown. Our team is working through layout changes, infrastructure updates, and interior improvements to create a clean, welcoming environment designed specifically for a modern med spa experience.

Projects like this highlight what we love most about working in downtown Northfield—helping breathe new life into familiar spaces and supporting businesses that continue to strengthen our community.
