🍝❤️ A Taste of Italy at Kids Cafe!
Furmano’s was proud to sponsor the Kids Cafe free lunch program in Watsontown, PA! We had a delicious Italian-themed day, serving up pasta and meatballs topped with our favorite Furmano’s Chunky Spaghetti Sauce. 🍝

The fun didn’t stop at lunch! The kids enjoyed a scavenger hunt and even got a special visit from Christopher Columbus! 🗺️

We’re so grateful for the opportunity to support our community, share a good meal, and have some fun with these amazing kids. ❤️

💗2026 TaTa Trot Recap💗
This meaningful event brought our team together to support breast cancer awareness and honor those whose lives have been impacted by cancer. We’re grateful for each of our 78 team members, as well as everyone who cheered us on and helped us stand together for this important cause.

Today, we raised the flag and officially marked the beginning of our 106th tomato season! 🍅
More than the start of another harvest, today marks the beginning of another season rooted in hard work, tradition, stewardship, and gratitude.
We’re incredibly thankful for the people who make this season possible, from the hands working in the fields to our production, warehouse, and logistics teams. Every person plays an important role in bringing this harvest to life.
Together, we look forward to a safe, successful, and bountiful season, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to carry forward a tradition that has been part of our story for 106 years.

As we begin this season, we’re reminded of the words of Psalm 121:
“I lift up my eyes to the hills-
where does my help come from?
My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.” - Psalm 121:1–2

🌴Summer Fun with Pelican's🌴
Our Furmano's family came together for a fun-filled employee and family appreciation event, complete with delicious treats from Pelican's Snowballs, a dunk tank, and plenty of laughs for all ages!🌺🍍🍧

It was a wonderful opportunity for employees and their families to connect, make memories, and celebrate the amazing people who make Furmano's a great place to work. Thank you to Pelican's Snowballs for helping make the day extra sweet!

Planting season is officially underway at Furmano's, and we're excited to watch these young tomato plants grow into the quality tomatoes that make their way into our products. From the field to your table, it all begins right here.

As we plant today, we're reminded that growth takes patience, hard work, and faith. We're grateful for the opportunity to begin another season and for the blessings that come with stewarding the land.

What a day at the 2026 Furmano’s Tomato Trot! 🍅🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Even with the rain, our community showed up in an incredible way, and we’re overwhelmed with gratitude for everyone who made this year’s event such a success. From our racers crossing the finish line, to our amazing volunteers working behind the scenes, to the cheerleaders and supporters bringing energy every step of the way, THANK YOU!

A special thank you to our sponsors whose generosity helped make this event possible, as well as the fire police and traffic control teams who helped keep everyone safe throughout the event. Your support and dedication played a huge role in making the day run smoothly.

This year’s Tomato Trot nearly tripled attendance from last year’s event, and we couldn’t be more excited to see this tradition continue to grow. Seeing so many people come together, rain and all, was a reminder of what makes this community so special.
