Toledo Refining Company Fueling our community with safety, responsibility, and community support. The Toledo petroleum refinery is located on a 282-acre site near Toledo, Ohio.

Major units at the Toledo refinery include an FCC unit, a HCC unit, an alkylation unit and an UDEX unit. Crude is delivered to, and finished products are exported from, the Toledo refinery primarily through a network of pipelines. The Toledo refinery has a throughput capacity of approximately 180,000 bpd. TRC processes a slate of light, sweet crudes from Canada, the Mid-continent, the Bakken region and the U.S. Gulf Coast.

Yesterday at Celebration of Impact, we had another opportunity to celebrate what happens when the TRC family and our community partners come together with a shared purpose.

A special shoutout to our TRC Charitable Golf Outing, which raised an incredible $330,000, another record year!

But while $330,000 is an incredible number, the real story is what those dollars do next.

10 organizations. 10 missions.

One shared focus: creating more opportunities for youth in East Toledo and Oregon.

That’s what makes the TRC Charitable Golf Outing so much more than a day on the golf course. It’s 18 holes that turn into opportunities, experiences, resources and brighter futures for local youth.

Meet Julie. She’s Going Over the Edge for a reason.

Julie’s journey with breast cancer began with something many of us might overlook—sore muscles and a busy life. She was working full time, raising her kids and putting her own health on the back burner.

Then came the diagnosis: Stage 3 breast cancer.
Treatment began within a month. Julie faced chemotherapy, surgeries and radiation while continuing to work full time and care for her young children. About a year later, she learned the cancer had spread to her brain. She was now Stage 4.

But Julie made a choice.

She wasn’t going to let cancer control her life.
Through more radiation, another surgery and additional chemotherapy, she kept moving forward. She stayed active, continued working, supported her children through their activities, volunteered in her community and remained involved in causes she cares about.

She also learned something that doesn't always come easily to someone as independent as Julie: it's okay to accept help.

Her husband became her rock. Her parents helped keep her children on a normal routine. Friends, family and coworkers stepped in when she needed them most.

Today, Julie is still fighting every day. And her reason is simple: her family.

“My kids and my family are the most important thing to me and I want them to know that no matter what happens in life, they are always worth fighting for.”

Julie hopes her story reminds other cancer warriors and survivors that even when life throws something unimaginable your way, you can keep going.

She never gave up. She kept going. And now, she’s going over the edge.

PHIL IS GOING OVER THE EDGE.

This Friday, Toledo Refining Company is proud to sponsor Phil Wojcinski as he goes Over the Edge to support The Victory Center.

Phil’s daughter, Paige, battled colorectal cancer for three years. Throughout her journey, Paige became passionate about raising awareness that colorectal cancer isn’t just an older person’s disease. She wanted younger people to listen to their bodies, recognize the signs and advocate for themselves.

Phil has spent the last five years volunteering with Over the Edge, helping participants gear up, take that first step and safely make their way down.

This year, he’s taking that step himself.
And he’s taking Paige with him.

“We can’t change what happened to our family. I would give anything to change it. But we can decide what we do because of it.”

He says Over the Edge represents more than rappelling down the side of a building. It’s about standing at an edge, trusting the people supporting you and finding the courage to take that next step.

“Paige fought for three years. Today, we’re still fighting, just in a different way.”

We’re incredibly proud to stand behind Phil as he goes Over the Edge for The Victory Center.

Good morning from your local refiners!

A little refinery lesson to start your Tuesday: Toledo Refining Company is considered a mid-sized refinery in the U.S. , but there’s nothing small about what happens behind that fence line.

Today alone, our team will safely produce:

🚗Enough gasoline to fill approximately 225,000 cars.
✈️ Enough jet fuel to fly around the world 42 times!
🚚Enough diesel to drive a semi from LA to NY 2,700 times!

And tomorrow we’ll do it again.

More than 130 years of refining right here in our community.
