Soft washing, pulling shutters, and soon to start scraping, priming.. Spraying and back brushing this cedar shake siding.

Water Damaged Joist, and floor.

Sister joists installed, cement block base with support jacks, re routed hvacc, Plumbing updated for Sisters and to shift toilet for more dryer clearance, floor leveling, vinyl sheet flooring, stain matched new trim, new toilet shut off valve and hose, rerouted washer drain for more clearance.

Not my typical work load, but glad to have been able to help out on this, cut down costs, and get this customer his bathroom back after 18 months of not being able to use it.

Final walk. Wood rot repairs, trim replacement and added trim, scraping, priming, gutter sealing, 2 coats of Superpaint Exterior in Requisite Grey, and Snowbound on trim.

Awesome fix and refreshing turn out on this home. Glad to have been able to be a part of this project.
