Good morning everyone,

This is a mass message from Z&S.

At this time, the roads are not drivable. Most areas have over a foot of snow and have not been cleared, and we are even seeing plow trucks getting stuck. For the safety of our team, we are temporarily pulling our drivers off the roads until conditions improve and it is safer to operate.

Because of the current conditions, we cannot guarantee a specific time that driveways will be cleared. We understand this may be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience. However, we will not risk the lives of our drivers.

We kindly ask that if you are feeling frustrated, please do not call and yell at our team for not being there at a certain time. We are doing everything we can, and safety must come first.

As soon as the roads are cleared and safe to travel, we will resume service immediately. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

We want to take a moment to address the current storm conditions.

The roads are absolutely terrible right now, and many have not even been plowed yet. We completely understand that some of our clients are essential employees who need to get to work, and we are doing everything we can to get to you as quickly as possible.

However, we do not appreciate receiving phone calls where our team is being yelled at for not arriving “on time.” These conditions are extremely dangerous, and our driver’s safety has to come first. We will never risk someone’s life to rush through unsafe roads.

Please know we are working as efficiently and safely as possible, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding during storms like this.
