There are a lot of fly-by-night operations out there that are duping unsuspecting home owners out of their hard earned cash. These so called flooring contractors will go out and sell you the world, making promises about using the highest quality polyurethane. They give you a quote that almost seems to good to be true and you think you hit the jackpot. Then when it comes time to have your floor installed you find out afterwards that the contractor did not use the high quality oil based poly that he said he would. We have seen it a hundred times and it makes us angry because it gives the legitimate flooring guys a bad name. At Wood Floor Refinishing Novi we give you exactly what we say we will and will never swap out materials to save a buck. That being said, we are also not the cheapest flooring company around because quality costs money. We are more affordable than most brick and mortar stores unless of course they are using inferior products. The old adage is that you get what you pay for and when something seems to good to be true then it most likely is. Just needed to get that off my chest after getting off the phone with yet another victim of poor craftsmanship. Enjoy your weekend and happy fathers day to all the dads out there.
