Full exterior remodel completed by JMO Contracting.
New 18” overhangs built on, 5/8 zip system installed before black standing seam on the roof.
Replaced all windows with black Andersen windows.
Installed a layer of insulated house wrap, before metal board and batten was installed on the walls.
Poured a pad, and built post and beam front porch with a cedar tongue and groove ceiling.
Installed new decking on the rear deck with custom metal hand railing.

Custom handrail!
6x6 steel post, copper balls, 1”rebar, black walnut beams. Steel is powder coated black and walnut is sealed with a nice clear.
