I'm not a frequent poster, but I'm sharing some before and after photos of a boiler installation. A client asked us to service their boiler, which hadn't been professionally maintained for several years. The old boiler's safety features were compromised to maintain operation, which is a serious concern. We found additional issues during our inspection, including leaking exhaust fumes into the home, water leaks in the boiler's piping, and other safety risks. The client is now safe and satisfied with the results.

This mini split needed an in-depth cleaning due to excessive mold accumulation and reduced airflow. I had to disassemble the indoor unit for pressure washing, a process taking approximately two hours, but is much needed for optimal efficiency, and unit maintenance.

Started with a double-wide with a basement, but the old upstairs furnace quit working. The customer needed a new furnace and wanted extra space upstairs. I installed new ductwork to each side of the house, with central air and a furnace in the basement. The customer was also tired of emptying the basement dehumidifier, so I ensured it would drain into the condensate pump. Additionally, I installed a new gas water heater in the basement because the old electric one upstairs wasn't sufficient. I also installed a new vent-free heater in the sunroom for year-round use. The job took four full days to complete, and the customer is extremely happy with the new systems.

Costumer has a natural gas well on the property that feeds their house only. The DEC inspects the well every year, but this year it failed for leaks. Costumer reached out to have fixed, wish I had more than 1 before picture but still looks different and no more leaks!

2 day project finished, new ac in a short basement! Quite the difference

New 2 stage furnace with ac installed. Ac quit working and decided to do both units since the furnace was 27 years old. Don’t forget to like and share, more installations coming soon!

New heat pump installed today much more efficient and secure than window units

Replaced heat exchanger plate in a combi boiler today. Old one was leaking domestic water into the boiler water and over pressuring heating system. Being a high efficiency boiler it kept shutting down because the control board wouldn’t let it run.

Boiler swap out I did over the weekend. Old one was leaking and needed to be replaced.

What I started with, costumer ran all his own pipe. This is what I ended up with and I’m happy with the way it came out, all in floor radiant heat!
