RC took advantage of the beautiful weather we had on Friday to knock out some outdoor installs that have been on the to-do list for a while now but just haven’t had the right weather to do so!

All of the rails have roughly the same features/ design, all of them have the same purpose which is to help get our customers up and down the stairs safely.
But most of all, the most obvious thing these rails have in common is they were built specifically for each and every customer with one non-negotiable: quality. Our custom made railing will always out preform the store bought, universal, mass produced bolt together railing systems.

If you’re going to do a project that requires handrails, dont do it twice, do it right and call us.

Teamed up with our friends over at Valley Park Welding, LLC on this massive ADA ramp rail. We were given engineered specs, we had a meeting onsite, grabbed some mesuremnts and got to work! Super tight turnaround on this one. Designed, material cut, fabricated, primed, painted and installed in about 2 1/2 weeks time. Super proud of our team for making the deadline, and working in the rain most of the day yesterday to get this thing installed for the customer.

Fabricator position looking to be filled quickly. This isn’t a “i welded one time in highschool” type of position. We are looking for a long term, dependable, hard working employee.

Starting as soon as possible. Pay will be decided on experience.

Schedule: 6:30AM - 3:00 PM

At RCCF we run a very tight ship to ensure our quality standards are met on every single thing that leaves the shop.

Job description:
-ability to show up ON TIME. 6:30am start time.
-ability to be dependable.
-VERY familiar with a tape measure. YOU WILL BE TESTED IN YOUR INTERVIEW.
-measure, cut, fabricate using shop blueprints.
-read and understand blueprint drawings.
-shop organization and cleanup
-operation of shop equipment: band saw, grinder, welder, drill, drillpress, powertools etc.
-can lift at least 60lbs or more
-can help with onsite installation in a safe yet time efficient manner
-ATTENTION TO DETAIL
-good work ethic
-can survive in a fun, uplifting work environment
-can finish tasks in a timely manor
-willingness to learn
-good communication skills
-can solve problems on their own
-ability to use a paint gun Is a massive plus

This is a very physically involved position, please be aware of that.

We installed these simple, yet very effective handrails for our customer to get in and out of the home with confidence. Core drilled into the concrete, and backfilled with anchoring cement for a solid connection point.

Little before and after on these driveway gates we built, painted and installed for our customer! The old gates were sagging really bad, post was pretty much gone and our customer struggled with opening an closing them to get their vehicles out.

We decided to beef up the frame with some 2x3 rectangular tubing, the picket panels just like before were increased to 3/8 material, and we added a fleur-de-lis to each gate. All 4 hinges have been upgraded as well to solid block, heavy duty hinges.

We were so happy with the result of these!

It was so nice to start the month off right with this BEAUTIFUL install! 😍 our customer called on us to help them with the railing portion of this home remodel. This contemporary style of railing is really the best of both worlds. It’s not over the top futuristic, but it’s not super dated either, the perfect sweet spot. Clean lines, minimal, yet high functionality!
