How about this awesome 7ft long P-51 mustang cut out!? This customer needed something to take up the space over his stairs in his home. Honestly couldn’t imagine anything different here! The detail on this is incredible.

Is it against the rules to do a throwback post on a Monday? If it is, oh well!

We never posed this job but it was a fun one, last summer the team got the opportunity to fabricate a custom interior staircase for a Doctors office in St. Louis. The staircase we built had bolt on steel treads with counter sunk bolts for the treads that way there were no obstructions. The contractor then lined the bolt on steel treads with some 3/4” wood that matched the rest of the trim. From there, RCCF then fabricated and installed a continuous inside wall mount railing and two matching wall mounts on the opposite side of the staircases for code.

This job was a blast because we were involved in every step of the way for this stairway. Makes things go a lot easier!

This one was a little different than our usual, 110 ft. Of engineered spec, galvanized after fab, pedestrian guard rail for the project going on off of Clark St. St. Charles! Keeping all the pedestrians safe from falling into the river from the Katy trail.

Check out what we built for our customer in Florissant!

Our customer had a deck that has some prefabbed railings on it and needed a custom gate made out of aluminum to match the railings with a lockable latch, as well as some handrails to help them with entering and exiting their home safely during all seasons. Wanted to take a minute and congratulate our employee Joshua Johnson on his 2 year anniversary with RCCF!!

Josh started with us fresh out of welding school, knowing just the basics of the trade. Eager to get his hands dirty, determined to be better than the day before and do whatever it takes to get the job done. Fast forward to today where he has built systems within our company that keeps it running like a well oiled machine, taking on the QC position, managing the shop to its fullest, being our media guy and even running the plasma table from time to time!

We know that when we give Josh a project to complete, it gets done as if he was building it for himself and that is something that is extremely hard to find nowadays.

RC Custom Fabrication is insanely proud of you and your two years of uninterrupted, hard, dedicated work.

Fabricated painted and installed all by RCCF! These 4 sets of 2-line pipe rails installed at an apartment complex in Chesterfield MO to replace the old deteriorated, out of code handrails that were there prior. Making each staircase a lot safer and user friendly.

Always love teaming up with our friends over at Anzac Development! On this project the customer had a style that they wanted to match so we made it happen. This style is traditional but also adding a little bit of modernization to the space with the alternating pickets. Wall mount rail is continuous which adds extra strength to the rail as well as keeping everything sleek and clean. King Coatings knocked it out of the park per usual with the light textured black powdercoat finish. 💪 The perfect finishing touch to the newly renovated 2nd floor of this home.

Have you ever wondered what it looks like from our POV when installing one of our custom spiral staircases? This one was a lot different than the usual. Typically these go outside on decks or from house ledges/ balconies, so we usually have to use a crane to hoist them into place. This one being inside of a pool house with a tall ceiling, called for some outside the box thinking. So we just used our own forklift how we would take them down in the shop when we are finished building! Loved the way this one turned out. Huge thank you to Zerr Engineering LLC once again for the drawings and piece parts needed to make this one happen. And of course King Coatings for the highest quality powdercoating around. We will post some still pictures of this beauty as well.
