It’s been a while since we posted on our Westborough home but we have been busy. Just a few more weeks and we will be ready to hand over the keys. Can’t wait until we get some color on the walls and pull the cardboard.

Last week we started a new build in The Forest at Pevely in Eureka. Bridget worked with the owners to obtain the lot last spring. Soon after I began collaborating with them on the design. The home will have 2,898 sq’ on the main floor with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, large owners suite, walk through pantry, and oversized laundry with dog wash. Lower level will have 1,620 sq’ finished with 2 bedrooms, full bath, wet bar, rec. room and drop down golf simulator. Another beautiful home to watch come together!

We took advantage of the warmer weather and completed the brick on our Westborough home. First coat of interior paint is being finished today and tomorrow we start flooring. Looking forward to seeing the interior finishes go in.

Hope everyone’s had a great start to their New Year! Our MO Bluffs home has been drywalled and tapers are a few days in on the finish. Once Spire made it out we were able to get the furnace fired up. Always better to have permanent heat in place when finishing drywall.
