Our July spotlight goes to Victoria H. Victoria has been with O’Fallon Casting for 16 years. Victoria was originally hired for a FPI position in the Final Inspection department, scanning parts for x-rays on 3rd shift. After 2 years she made her transition into the office with the opportunity as a Purchasing Specialist. Victoria talks of how she is part of a good team, and they communicate well with each other. Our CFO reflects her sentiments about how Victoria has been a big part of this good team.

Victoria touches on how much pride it brings her to save the company money but also the joy of cultivating and maintaining professional and even personal relationships she has with our vendors. Not only does Victoria do the purchasing for OFC, but she is also the first person you will see walking into the O’Fallon Casting facility, manning the front desk, answers the phones, and welcoming customer, vendors, and visitors alike.
