PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Work covered under this project consists of approximately 7,650 square feet of roof replacement. Demolition work includes removal and disposal of roof top mechanical units as well as existing EPDM roofing system down to the existing roof deck to remain including: associated gutters, fascia, wood blocking, sheet metal trim/flashing, expansion joints, and other miscellaneous associated roof items. New work includes roof deck infill, new EPDM roofing system, wood blocking, sheet metal flashing, gutters and downspouts, as well as other associated roof items.

NEW-VA CAMPUS CHILLER PLANT-PRO -MARION, IL

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The subject project includes the construction of a new chiller plant including all associated equipment to make a fully functional chilled water service to the site independent of any existing equipment, the demolition of the existing chiller plant, and associated site improvements. It also includes tie-ins to exiting site utilities including chilled water supply and return, domestic water, electric, and telecommunications. The existing chiller plant must remain in operation throughout the construction of the new chiller plant. Carefully coordinated phasing will be essential to ensure a smooth transition until the new chiller plant is completed and operational. Both the existing and new chiller plants are located in the rear area of the Marion Veterans Affairs Medical Center.

NEW-LITTLE WABASH DRAINAGE PHASE 1-PRO #2026-0019-MATTOON, IL

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Construction of approximately 3,130’ of new 60” storm sewer to replace the existing 30” Little Wabash District Tile. Sewer construction will start at the existing 30” outlet to the Little Wabash River and will continue north, following the approximate alignment of the existing pipe, to the south side of IL-16 (Marshall Avenue). The project also includes; a cast-in-place concrete headwall, manholes, inlets, and site restoration.
