Columbia Grinding Inc. The Flatwork Specialist We have Double disc, Blanchard, Surface grinding with both single and double-sided lapping machines. We are ISO 9001:2008 certified.

Our state of the art “Flat Honing / Fine Grinding” machine which can hold a thickness tolerance of +/- 1 micron in a single load. We are a job shop in nature, so we carry a very extensive inventory of abrasives; this combines with our many years of grinding experience giving us the ability to accomplish most any job. We cover the complete spectrum from one-piece orders to large production runs of

1,000,000 + pieces. Having one of the largest flat grinding and lapping shops around favors us for larger production runs, as well as being able to turn around orders in a timely manner. We have value added services such as vibratory deburring and parts washing machines.
