The customer contacted us to entirely revamp their old deck with a flat EMPD roof. We provided a comprehensive demo and rebuild service. To tackle the project, we framed the area using new treated lumber and layered Timber Tech composite decking on top. We also installed a new sturdy 60 mil EPDM roof to ensure reliable drainage into brand-new 6-inch gutters. Completing our deck transformation, we gave an added touch of safety and elegance with an 8-foot Radiance Rail Express Railing system. The new structure now offers both functionality and aesthetic appeal. With work completed, we're thrilled to have yet another satisfied customer.

We were reached out by the client for a complete rebuild of their deck's framing, replacement of deck boards and railings. To meet this requirement, we opted for the robust performance of New Green Treated Lumber for framing. For added strength, we incorporated Additional Solid Blocking and Bracing. For the deck boards, we went with high-quality AZEK Timber Teck decking known for its longevity and beauty. To complement the deck, we installed new Westbury Tuscany Powder Coated aluminum railings which are renowned for their durability and elegance. Thus we ensured the deck was not only aesthetically appealing but sturdy and resilient, set to provide the client with long years of service.

The customer called for our expert solutions for a deteriorating roof, faulty gutters, a worn-out chimney flash and poor insulation. With a keen focus on durability and quality, we used GAF HDZ shingles in Charcoal for a robust and long-lasting roof. Additionally, for their flat roofing needs, we replaced it with Mule Hide EPDM rubber roofing. Their old gutters were substituted with .032 aluminum gutters with 4 inch downspouts, ensuring efficient water runoff. The chimney was secured with fresh flashing, and to combat their insulation issue, we upgraded it using Owens Corning Pro cat fiberglass insulation. An all-around revamp for reliable protection.

The client reached out to us in need of a comprehensive exterior revamp. To fulfill this request, we executed a complete siding, fascia, and soffit replacement. We also replaced the gutters and downspouts, ensuring an upgraded look and improved functionality. We used Mastic Carved Wood D4 siding in a handsome wedge wood tone to enhance the home's aesthetic. Next, we custom fabricated the fascia and installed an aluminum soffit for durability. Lastly, we installed .032 K-style gutters and 4-inch downspouts for effective rainwater management.
