I just don't understand how a professional technician can do this and sleep at night. If you look at the first picture you can see that the safety switch has been bypassed with the white wire. The job of a safety switch is to basically stop the furnace from overheating incase a filter is clogged, blower motor stops working, clogged ac coil or gas valve gets stuck. In this case, because the switch is bypassed, this furnace has a high probability of causing further damage to the unit itself or the home. Furthermore, doing a inspection on the heat exchanger we have found a crack in it making this furnace extremely unsafe to operate in heat mode.
