Thank you Whidbey for the years of work, due to high living costs and deteriorating physical health with a heavy heart we've had to close our doors for good. Wrapped up this beautiful horizontal cedar fence today, made with great quality true 3/4" cedar planks, provided by Sound Cedar, and topped off with 2x6 tight knot cedar. Not seen in the photos are 4x8 pressure treated beams placed at the bottom between each post to hold back the ground which had a 6"-8" difference in ground level between the 2 back yards. We will be returning, once it has had a chance to dry out, to stain it to match the other fences that connect to it that we built last year. If you like to see it up close you can see it on Heller Rd. right next to the high school. This is one of our recent jobs completed. It started off as a hot water tank leak that led to some sub-floor damage, that traveled under the wall into the bathroom, that then ended up leading us to fine that the toilet and shower both had been leaking for years, and traveled out into the main living area. So we replaced all sub-floor that was damaged, removed and replaced the insulation that was moldy, repaired and replaced any bad structural damage caused by the water damage. We installed a new shower, vanity, and toilet. Then installed Walton Oak life-proof flooring throughout, then finished it off with a nice 3-1/2" tall pre-primed trim. This ended up being an insurance job, which proves it's a great idea to make sure you have home-owners/renters insurance. And it's a prime example of "you never completely know what you have until you open it up." Hats off to the home-owners, they were and are good people, and were wonderful to work for!!!! Our most recent deck project completed. 5 ft. wide stairs leading up to a 8'×5' landing. We used Fiber-on composite decking with match plugs, and finished it off with cedar handrails with 4" horse panel inserts. Next will be an added shed down below.

We wrapped up our latest fence project. We built it with some beautiful 3/4" tight knot cedar planks provided by Sound Cedar. Built horizontally with two center supports that ties all the planks together, which helps prevent warping. Then finished it off with a natural transparent red cedar stain. Job completed! We gave this deck a full face lift. All new decking, railing, stairs, beam, and lower landing. We replaced the 5/4×4 decking with 2×6 tight knot cedar, and moved the railing from an inside mount to an outside mount for a little more deck space and changed it to cedar tight knot railing with hogwire/ horse panel inserts. To give it more of an open feel. Shout out to the home owners, who were some of the nicest most wonderful people I've had the privilege to work for. This is another fence job we just completed. 6ft. Hogwire/horse panel, very sturdy, all galvanized and pressure treated. Built to last.
