With the hot temps being here, please remember your AC is set to cool a maximum of 20 degrees from the outside temperature, so if it’s 100 degrees out, your AC cooling to 80 is normal. Biggest thing is checking to make sure your filters & outdoor units are clean! If you feel there is something else going on, don’t hesitate to contact us!

To all Village of Oak Harbor residents: the gas has been shut off to the village. If you have a gas stove or furnace do not try to use it. Turn your thermostat off so that the furnace doesn’t even try to run! Unfortunately there is nothing Phil’s can do to get you running. Right now they are saying gas will be restored Sunday or Monday. If you need us to come relight a pilot light, please call or text after the gas has been turned back on.
