Santa Ana winds can be tough on a home. 🌬️🏠

After strong gusts, it’s worth taking a walk around your property and checking for damage that may not be obvious from the ground.

Look for loose or missing shingles, damaged gutters, cracked stucco, loose siding, broken windows, damaged fascia or trim, fallen branches, and exterior paint or wood damage. Wind-driven debris and tree limbs can cause more damage than you may realize.

If you find something that needs attention, don’t wait for the next storm to make it worse.

🛠️ We can help with the repairs.

Before the storms come, look up. 🌳🏠

Overgrown trees and branches hanging over your home can become a serious problem when high winds and heavy rain arrive. Branches can damage roofs, gutters, siding, stucco, windows, and more.

Take a walk around your home and look for dead or weak limbs, branches touching the house, and brush or vegetation growing against your exterior.

If you see something that needs attention, don’t wait until there’s damage.

We’re a small, local family business serving Ojai Valley and Ventura County. We know the homes in our community, we care about the people who live here, and we’re here to help.

Small repairs now. Big protection late

09/16/2026

Your home has been working hard all summer. Intense heat, sun exposure, and dry conditions can cause exterior materials to dry out, crack, warp, peel, and deteriorate.

Before the winter rains arrive, take a few minutes to walk around your home and look for:

* Cracks in stucco
* Warped, damaged, or peeling siding
* Deteriorating fascia and trim
* Peeling or failing exterior paint
* Gaps around windows and doors
* Dry or damaged wood
* Clogged gutters and downspouts

Small repairs now can help prevent bigger, more expensive problems later.

And if you spot something you’re not sure about, give us a call. We’re a small local family business, and we’re here to help you identify what needs attention and talk through your repair options.

Are Your Gutters Ready?

After a long, hot summer, leaves, dirt, cracks, and wear can create problems once the rain starts. One of the simplest and most affordable things you can do right now is clean and check your gutters and downspouts.

A small fix today could help prevent water damage, wood rot, stucco damage, and much more expensive repairs down the road.

And if you notice something else while you’re checking your home—don’t ignore it. Give us a call. We’re happy to take a look, answer your questions, and talk through what repairs or maintenance may be important before the storms arrive.

We’re a small, local family business that cares about the homes and communities we work in—and we’re here to help.

Fresh Paint. Lasting Protection!

There’s nothing like a fresh coat of paint to bring a beautiful Ventura home back to life. But exterior painting isn’t just about curb appeal—it’s about protecting your home from the elements and preserving the surfaces underneath.

Regularly refreshing your exterior paint helps protect against sun, moisture, weathering, and everyday wear, while keeping your home looking its best for years to come.

A beautiful home deserves a finish that looks great and works hard to protect it.

Fresh coat. Fresh look. Long-lasting protection.
