Received this email, after I left a followup call to make sure they had received a copy of their invoice:

Thank you. I needed a copy of the invoice for my sister who does the books for our mom’s estate.
I paid via credit card to Kevin before he left.
He was very good, and personable as well.
I’m glad we were in need of your services, I had hidden your company away in my mind after you went very out of your way, having locked your business door and just stepped into your truck you saw that we were unable to enter Suzie Belen’s without very old and frail mom and we were discussing getting her back into the car to drive her around- you kindly interceded and offered to open your door and walk us out to the front walk of your business giving access to Suzie’s front door as well.
So, I was impacted and appreciative by you getting out of your truck and going through all of this for us.
So, thank you again, for being this kind of man, and business man.
And now- thank you for getting out here so quickly with a fine employee and great work to get us going with cooling our house again.
And thanks for the invoice and follow up to be sure I received it as well.
Your reputation in my own experiences is one I’ll boast about in regard to your qualities and my recommendation like no other business I’ve encountered that I can recall.

Thank you for all of your best choices to be the person who people are happy to have in help with the needs that might come across in their life or business needs.
I’m thankful to have you in our community and local business that is relatively new to us, and greatly appreciated in our life here in Oakdale.

Wednesday night 5-8pm, is
Cribbage night at Integrity Air Conditioning and Heating.
130 North 3rd Avenue, Oakdale.

We have built a nice core group of around 10 players, with 6- 8 showing up weekly, to play and socialize.
We have players of all skill levels, and rotate players, or play 3 handed if we have an odd number.
Everyone plays.
Feel free to drop in and join us!

Finally,
After nearly 3 years in our space, we have almost completed what I had originally planned.
A showroom with operational mini split equipment!
It should all be running within the next 2 weeks.

We will also have other equipment displayed, as well as some educational displays, as time and availability allows.

Hey folks,
It has been a while since I have checked in.
We had a crazy 2022!
We started running at the beginning of January, and never had a chance to think about catching our breath until November.
We are still working on some of last year's projects, but at a more relaxed pace now.

I want to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers for choosing us, and to apologize to the ones whose non emergency calls, we simply didn't have the manpower to get to.
We are picky about who we bring on to represent the company and take care of our customers.
The kind of people that we want, aren't easy to find.

Kevin has been with us a year
and a half now.
On top of his ever growing skills as a technician, his customer service is top notch.
We often receive calls from customers, with compliments on his demeanor and the way he represents us.
Kevin has become more like a part of our family than an employee.

Joining us this past October, is Anthony.
He is fresh out of technical school, with a great work ethic, as well as personable demeanor.
Anthony picks up everything I show him, and goes on to complete many tasks on his own.
He will go a long way in this trade.

Jesse left us in October 😢
He accepted a job with California Boiler Works.
As his employer, I absolutely hate to lose such a valued tech, that I have taught and trained over the years.
As his father, I couldn't be more proud.
He is a solid tech who will go far in whatever he chooses, and is in a position now, to make more $$ than I do!
That is what we want for our kids, is to do better than us!

Now that we have caught up, I want to wish you all a healthy and prosperous year.

Once again, thank you for choosing us as your HVAC contractor.
