Say hello to our jack of all trades and design specialist! Bailee Gulseth is responsible for all the awesome pictures we have for the business and helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes!

Bailee:
- Works full time as a dental hygienist at Cotter Dental in Oakes and Ellendale
- Has an Associate's of Applied Science degree in dental hygiene and liberal arts from NDSCS
- Enjoys hunting and fishing, working in the garden, and is a very talented photographer
- Loves traveling and going to concerts
- Spends her free time with her family, friends, and sweet puppy, Zoey
- Will be marrying Steve Dudas later this year!
- Favorite food is Chinese food

Meet our appliance expert!

Ashley Brockman:
- Has years of experience contracting for work on robots in Bobcat- she could diagnose and fix just about every problem, and we know that experience will serve her well in repairing appliances!
- Taught robotics for Bismarck State College
- Loves to hunt, fish, golf, and played on 3 softball teams last summer
- Is the most amazing aunt!
- Loves dirt track racing- she has 96 panels she has collected from their cars and one of her favorite racers is Jonny Carter
- Favorite food is steak or Mexican food!

🎈🎂🎉 Today also happens to be Ashley's birthday! Give her some love! 🎈🎂🎉

Ashley is wrapping up her year at Bismarck State College before she moves back to the area and starts with us full time. Until she arrives, Steve and Spencer are running HVAC calls and appliance calls, so we appreciate your patience if there is a little bit of a wait on your appliance repair!

Spencer Brockman:
- Is also coming up on 10 years of work in the HVAC/R industry
- Associate of Applied Science degree in HVAC/R technology from NDSCS
- Loves swinging a golf club, shooting a basketball, or hitting a softball just as much as hunting for ducks, geese, deer, and coyotes
- Way above proficient with a bow (competed at the World Tournament in high school and got 3rd place!)
- Spends every spare second he can with his kids, Theo and Rosa
- Favorite food is a good burger or steak

We have a storefront! We have been excited to work with Ron and Arlee to take over and buy Ron's Heating and Air Conditioning store in Oakes. D&B hopes to continue the contributions they have made to the Oakes community and surrounding area, and wish them well in their retirement!

Ashley Brockman is joining our team to work with selling and repairing appliances! She will be joining us full time in a few weeks, and in the meantime, we are doing some repairs and renovations in the store.

- Marrying his fiance, Bailee, this year

Steve's favorite part about HVAC/R work is that he gets to be people's hero by fixing their equipment when they need it!
