Getting some down spouts buried before the next wave of storms comes through central Wisconsin. Then we’ll be able to complete the gravel approach and finish the dirt swale to control the remaining surface water.

Back finishing the basement project. All new LVP flooring, baseboards, doors, window and door trim, jamb extensions, and finally new treads and risers for the stairs. Should have gotten more photos. There were double doors and three single doors that were 3 panel craftsman style finished white.

Got some flooring laid recently in a basement. About 1100sqft or so. Legs have been sore after few days after pounding this out in a long Saturday. Millwork and doors to be the next phase sometime toward the end of March.

We have finally completely this remodel. Framing, windows, doors, siding, soffit, fascia, insulation, flooring, finish trim, cabinets, and so on. Biggest project we have taken on, it is amazing to see the before and after photos in the process of taking this building from on location to another, then converting it from a garage into the office building it is now.

Thank you to my dad for helping me a ton with this project, Nick Kindler & Michael Kindler, 4 Us Tile & Stone, D.W. & Son Interior Finishing, LLC, and Merk Design for engineering the plan on this transformation. Also thank you to my wife and children for tolerating all of the late nights and weekends working away from home.

Glad to see this building in use and completed.

Finishing touches. Just a few more things to check off the list for the final push to complete this project. This has been the largest project we have taken on followed by the big playground last summer. Excited to see it get through the last couple things.

It’s shaping up inside the building. Still a few more finishes to get after, but we are nearing completion. Liking how things are starting to look. Finishing up just in time for hunting season and big western trips to chase ducks and mule deer. Pedal to the metal to finish!

Inching forward day by day. Wood and steel railing installed by Nick Kindler and Mike Kindler. ADA railing and Westbury Tuscany C10 railing installed by us this weekend. Nearing ready for occupancy. Counters installed as well in the kitchenette.

Finally got all the siding on and soffit on this one. Just needs caulk and touch up paint. Finishing a little flashing and getting window well covers on tomorrow and then it’s on to interior trims and doors. Chipping away at this monster.

Two days and two guys, about 2400 square feet of flooring laid. A bit sore today but glad to see progress. Lots of deliveries tomorrow, millwork, doors, and cabinets all coming tomorrow. Also tile is coming for 4 Us Tile & Stone to lay in the bathroom. It’s coming together!
