With more than 25 years of leadership experience in the maritime industry, Tom brings a track record of operational excellence, advancing safety standards, and supporting sustainable growth. Throughout his career, he has led initiatives that have strengthened safety and environmental practices across the cruise, dry-docking, and technical services sectors, many of which continue to shape industry standards today.

Tom brings deep experience in risk engineering, regulatory compliance, and executive collaboration. He’s passionate about helping technical service organizations grow and succeed in a competitive market. Known for leading complex, multimillion-dollar projects and building lasting partnerships, Tom is dedicated to driving performance, accountability, and innovation across every part of the business.

We’re thrilled to have his leadership guiding Full Sail Marine into its next phase of growth.
