He is a contractor licensed through the state of California as a B General Contractor # 945829. We can handle most residential projects. History

Established in 2010. We were featured in the Oakland and Alameda magazines back in 2014. We also made one of the top Five East Bay Businesses for Contracting that year. Robert Hernandez is the lead contractor. He recently doubled the size of his house and then flipped it for profit - renovating everything from making it earthquake ready, to replacing the windows with low e double pane, to completely renovating kitchen, bathroom, floors with environmentally friendly bamboo and the likes. He also did structural fixes to ensure earthquake readiness and focused on using green materials. We Can do it all! Have great sub-contractors. Reasonable prices. Honest and hard-working. Speaks Spanish. And English. And a wee bit of Portuguese.

We have been working on an ADU and it is coming together. While we do a lot of remodeling, we also like new builds!
