For this White Maple project, we coordinated all the underground gas lines for the grill and fire pit, plus the electrical rough-ins, right through the footings during the early stages.

Why? Because retrofitting lines and cutting into finished stone later is a recipe for a messy, compromised build. Planning the utilities from day one ensures the final installation is clean, permanent, and exactly where it needs to be.

We took these 2nd floor bedrooms from standard 8ft ceilings to vaulted 11ft peaks which allowed us to completely open up the room. We also widened the original staircase to a full 42 inches.

100 years later, the original vision is back.

When we started this foyer renovation, we found the original 1920s blueprints. They revealed an L-shaped corner bench that had been ripped out decades ago. We knew we had to bring it back.

From restoring the original millwork intent to custom-building a radiator cover that actually breathes, we’re using history as our guide. Because the best designs aren’t just new—they’re timeless.

Tom is on site at our Center Hall Colonial project, walking through the final layers of this comprehensive exterior overhaul. In an industry often defined by "good enough," we lean into Radical Precision. Whether it’s the way the custom bluestone masonry meets the elevated window wells or the millimetric alignment of the new standing seam porticos, these details don't happen by accident.

By the time we break ground, every technical hurdle has been solved. This allows the construction phase to be exactly what it should be: a clean, high-level ex*****on of a vetted vision.

The scope of this transformation included architectural upgrades like new porticos with standing seam metal roofing and a custom stone veneer base. We integrated the site with precision-laid bluestone walkways and Belgian block curbing, while the backyard was redesigned for lifestyle with a custom outdoor kitchen and gas fire pit for year-round entertaining.
