We have applied the concept of "value without compromise" in our homes since 1976. We emphasize a few simple yet paramount principles: family, integrity and quality. J&J doesn't do "cookie cutter". Whether a simply sophisticated showplace or one of extravagant elegance, a comfortable first home for the growing family or slightly larger residence for the established family, a retreat from the world or a resort-like abode for entertaining, J & J is committed to building you the home of your dreams. J & J is a family owned and operated full service building, design and development company with over 40 years of general contracting, design and business experience. When you build with J & J you are family. Customers receive "hands on" service from the builders/owners ourselves: Jerry Miller and James Costello. Whether you are contracting with J & J to build "on your lot" or on one of ours, your home will be carefully planned, well designed and solidly built. We can help you design your home or work with the architect of your choice. If you have a rough plan, we can adapt it to your specifications and turn it into a working plan. Once the final plans have been drawn, we will ensure that the style, floor plan, interior selections and landscaping will blend to create a home you will be proud to own. J & J's goal: To make the home building process a pleasant experience; one you will remember fondly and tell your friends and family about for years to come. J & J recognizes that building a home is possibly the single largest decision you will make and that's why it's important to us that you know as much about us as possible!
