We’re proud to announce that JHF has received TCO (Temporary Certificate of Occupancy) for the Nellie Hannon Gateway project!

This marks a major step forward in delivering much-needed affordable housing and vital community services to the heart of Emeryville.

The Nellie Hannon Gateway will offer:
🏘️ 90 units of high-quality, affordable housing
🏢 A community-serving commercial space — soon to be home to ECAP, a nonprofit food assistance program that has supported the community from this very site for many years

It was a pleasure working with Resources for Community Development and Lowney Architecture on this beautiful project.
