We designed the executive conference room at the Dallas headquarters to be a peaceful space for formal meetings. The room feels like a mountain retreat, featuring richly illustrated murals of a black sand beach and Mt. Fuji, with oceanside succulents and rainforest plants placed around the edges of the room.⁠

One of our favorite spaces at the Crunchyroll Dallas headquarters is the employee-only onsen area. Here, team members can huddle for a brainstorm or casually exchange ideas with coworkers. The onsen exists to provide a relaxed and inspirational environment for creative interaction. The cypress-clad seating areas are raised off the concrete floor and built to resemble the aesthetic of a traditional Japanese 'sento', or bath house.⁠

This project embodies the idea that a company's cultural identity should go far beyond the functional necessities of desks, meeting rooms, simple color schemes, and logos on walls. Crunchyroll is an incredible company that champions the art and culture of anime and we wanted their headquarters to reflect their passion with colorful, story-based, and at times, over-the-top spaces.⁠

These murals at the Crunchyroll Dallas headquarters are meant to invoke the four elements. The murals blend the natural world of the earth with mystical anime-inspired landscapes. The four elements represented in the murals are earth (green and brown tones), water (cool blues), wind (lilac and purples), and fire (burnt orange and gold tones).

The first things you'll see as you enter the reception lobby of the Crunchyroll Dallas headquarters are these beautiful floor-to-ceiling custom-illustrated murals. Created by some of the industry’s most talented artists, the murals blur the lines between reality and fantasy and immediately immerse visitors in the world of anime.⁠

The employee break room at the Dallas headquarters is inspired by classic anime street scenes. It showcases subtle references to locales and establishments featured in various anime titles. From the wheat paste posters on aged wood cladding to the hand-painted stencils and signage, the beauty of this space truly lies in the details.⁠

The Crunchyroll Dallas offices are complete, and we are thrilled with how they turned out. This manga-inspired green room features hand-drawn manga and anime linework. The two-dimensional space offers a retreat for the voice actors recording here, as well as a space for visitors and employees to relax and take a break while at the office.⁠

We designed and fabricated this space-themed lounge for a local tech company. The various installations remind visitors of the mystery, beauty, and vastness of the universe. Our favorite part of the lounge is the futuristic fixture that displays plastic bubbles with spacecraft replicas floating inside!

This Rube Goldberg machine wall was inspired by his famous quote: “I do simple things in complicated ways.” We designed and fabricated the wall for a prominent tech company's conference room. The wall is not just visually interesting, it is also functioning! There is a pinball launcher on one end of the wall, and all of the gears and pulleys guide the ball from one side to the other.

We had a lot of fun crafting this custom lobby sculpture. Made from aluminum and carbon fiber, this industrial-inspired piece is roughly 7 feet tall and stands out as one of the first things you see when entering the space.

A new addition to our design office in Oakland is a gallery wall featuring some of our favorite projects from years past. Seeing these beautiful photos reminds us of the incredible places we've been as a company and inspires us to move forward in new and exciting ways!

The American road trip has long been a signature adventure of the West. The enduring appeal of the open road combined with the freedom of vehicle travel makes the road trip a classic escapade. With this theme in mind, we designed and fabricated this license plate fence, featuring plates from all across the US. The fence compliments our 1960s Americana-inspired seating area. It has a 360-degree curve, completely surrounding a person as they walk in, sparking nostalgic memories from time spent on the open road.
