Bio-Washing (Don’t Power Wash)
Whether the exterior of your house needs cleaning or ANYTHING that is attached to or surrounded by it, our safe, effective and non-abrasive cleaning methods and products will make ANY of your dirty and mildew stained exterior belongings look like new again (AND KEEP THEM THAT WAY)!

Not only THAT, our cleaning products re-activate every time they get wet, which will inhibit the re-growth of mold and mildew for years later!

Why not power wash?

Power washing can damage the surfaces that are being cleaned (remove paint, break/bend surfaces).
Power washing is not an effective cleaning method (very fast, uses mostly water, inconsistent).
Power washing will remove paint (if you’re not planning on painting your house, you may need to after a power wash, especially if your house has not been painted in over 5 years).
Power washing actually PUSHES mold and mildew spores into whatever surface is being treated. This results in the re-growth of mold and mildew at a faster rate and more prolifically (your mildew and mold will grow back worse than it was before).
Power washing does not clean as well as BIO-WASHING.
Power washing will need to be done every year!
