Foundation worked on this emergency repair project with Goodfellow Bros., County of Alameda Public Works Agency, and Haley & Aldrich; our team installed all of the sheet piles needed to safely restore the retaining wall that supports A Street and was collapsed due to heavy rains.

Foundation’s team designed, engineered, and installed 2,100 24” drilled displacement sand cement columns for Workday’s Development Center in Pleasanton, CA. To confirm the column design, Foundation also conducted compression load tests.

Foundation installed 378 16” displacement auger cast piles at 60’ long. Included in the contract, tension and compression tests were conducted. Due to the project location, the piles were installed with existing structures.

Foundation installed 468 14” H-piles in San Francisco. Foundation used a shroud to limit noise and disturbance, significantly reducing decibels caused by the hammer. To meet the project timeline, Foundation used two custom-built rigs.

Foundation successfully installed 747 14” H-piles in San Francisco, CA. To limit noise and disturbance, Foundation used a shroud that significantly reduces decibels caused by the hammer. To meet the project timeline, Foundation used two of our custom-built rigs.

Foundation installed TSP footing work at 5 towers and replaced the failing foundation for 1 tower. While most of the project was footing replacement, Foundation utilized custom-built equipment to install 4 30’ long Tubex piles.

SOMA Hotel, San Francisco, CA

Foundation utilized both vibratory and driven methods to install 81,327LF of 14” H-piles for a new hotel in San Francisco, CA. This included a pile indicator program in which each pile was up to 235’ in length requiring splicing in locations per pile.
