Responsibilities include:
Overseeing the operations of trailer mounted rock crusher
Operating various types of heavy equipment including front end loaders, excavators, dozers, rock breaker and more
Maintenance of equipment
Managing 3-person crew
Knowledge of how to make spec rock and sample
Able to tear down and help with mobilization of crusher
Complete minimal paperwork
MSHA experience is required

Pay is based on experience. Top of the industry benefits including paid time off, medical, dental & life insurance and 401k after probationary period.
On average we work 50 hours per week with weekends off.
Transportation to and from jobsite will be provided.
Jobsites vary from Medford to Salem.
Must be able to adhere to all safety standards and communicate with others.
Drug free workplace with pre-employment and random drug screening.

Family owned business since 1948 looking for an experienced excavator operator/dump truck driver.

Our shop is based out of Oakridge, but work is primarily for Weyerhaeuser, currently in the Springfield area.

This position is for a maintenance crew lead operator, will have to run rock truck when needed. Primarily replacing pipes and ditching.

Must have a good driving record and CDL is preferred.

Pay is based on experience. Top of the industry benefits including paid time off, medical, dental, life insurance and 401k after probationary period.
