We handled this one start to finish, all in-house — tore it all the way down and rebuilt it the right way. The old deck and pergola were in rough shape and needed to go.

Installed TimberTech Tigerwood decking with a Mocha picture frame, finished with picture frame steps and a black powder-coated aluminum railing to tie it all together.

Built solid: • Joists set at 12” on center
• Triple beam and double beams around the bay
• Full blocking throughout
• Joist tape on all framing to protect from moisture
• Proper flashing at the ledger

We plane down our joists to ensure your deck is perfectly flat

Handled the entire permit process in-house — from planning and drawings to final inspections.

Back at it in Oakville 🔨

We’re back to framing this deck after getting the drainage handled. A French drain system was installed and tied into the downspouts to move water away from the foundation. Gravel was added under the deck to keep things dry.

Now that everything’s set up right, it’s time to keep building 👍

Just wrapped up this 6' privacy fence for a repeat customer of ours.

Also got to check out a deck we built almost 3 years ago. It’s a Trex composite deck — no staining needed, no maintenance, and still holding up great. It also has an inside-out underdecking system to keep everything underneath dry.

Front entry transformation ✅

Installed a new front door, painted it on site, and added new Kwikset handles and smart lock.
This one had a transom window above the door, so it took extra care to keep everything intact while ensuring it looks right and operates properly. Had to be just the right fit—professionally measured and installed.

Also painted the columns and trim on the porch to freshen everything up.

Shoutout to Wilke Window And Door Fenton Store for the door, and Sherwin-Williams Emerald Urethane Trim Enamel for the finish—laid down smooth and turned out great.

Breaking ground on this deck rebuild! 🔨

We’re replacing the old structure with a brand new composite deck featuring TimberTech Tigerwood decking with a mocha accent and sleek black metal railing.
