INDOOR AIR QUALITY BUNDLE!!

Looks like the blistering heat of Summer is gone for the year and were rolling into the Fall months. A time of year when our air conditioners finally get a little break. The weather is cooler,they don’t have to run nearly as much, and that means saving money on the electric bill. We’re all in favor of that right!? What’s not to love???

Well, that’s why I’m writing this post. While not having to run the A/C as much is a GOOD thing for a lot of reasons, it does have a largely overlooked & unknown potential impact on your IAQ or Indoor Air Quality.

Most households depend 100% on their central HVAC system for indoor air filtration and are typically only equipped with a 1” air filter that depends on air moving through it to be of any value. That’s where the problem lies. This awesome weather has our systems running much less or not at all, leaving most homes with a potential for reduced Indoor Air Quality due to a lack of air movement across their only source of filtration. That can be a real issue.

Got one of my very awesome customers upgraded today! She is now enjoying a 16 SEER Split Heat-Pump with a Variable Speed Blower, 4” Filter Media and a WiFi Ecobee Thermidistat.

This new set up will save on utilities, operate at significantly lower sound levels, enhance dehumidification and improve indoor air quality. AND… it qualifies for a 250$ energy rebate through OEU! The savings has started already!
