Our multi-discipline approach was formalized with the start-up of our Landscape Architecture and Land Planning Department in 2006. Our vision was to bring together three disciplines under one roof (Civil Engineering, Land Planning, and Landscape Architecture) in order to provide a true turn-key process to our public and private sector clients, and to allow us to develop projects that consider all aspects from preliminary planning to construction close-out. Our Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, and Planning Departments work as one to develop site plans that fulfill the client’s needs and desires, but are constructible and require few if any, construction phase adjustments or change orders. Tillman & Associates utilizes the latest computers, software, and leading edge technologies available to the land development consulting/engineering field, however, it is our staff that separates us from the competition. Our select, experienced staff consistently manages and directs designs that are timely, accurate, detail appropriate, and specifically tailored to fit the standard of the project at hand. Also, we have two staff members that are LEED Accredited Professionals, which provides our clients the option for green building techniques and assistance. Our Pledge

We size and configure the design team specifically for your project to allow us to operate as an extension of your staff; a team sized to have the horsepower available to handle the most complex portions of the project, but with the flexibility to adjust up or down as the project evolves.
