Lead by our President, David Tillman, Tillman & Associates Engineering comprises a staff of professionals that include five Professional Engineers and one Professional Landscape Architect, and support staff that have a wide range of experience and expertise. Our multi-discipline approach was formalized with the start-up of our Landscape Architecture and Land Planning Department in 2006. Our vision was to bring together three disciplines under one roof (Civil Engineering, Land Planning, and Landscape Architecture) in order to provide a true turn-key process to our public and private sector clients, and to allow us to develop projects that consider all aspects from preliminary planning to construction close-out. Our Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, and Planning Departments work as one to develop site plans that fulfill the client’s needs and desires, but are constructible and require few if any, construction phase adjustments or change orders. Tillman & Associates utilizes the latest computers, software, and leading edge technologies available to the land development consulting/engineering field, however, it is our staff that separates us from the competition. Our select, experienced staff consistently manages and directs designs that are timely, accurate, detail appropriate, and specifically tailored to fit the standard of the project at hand. Also, we have two staff members that are LEED Accredited Professionals, which provides our clients the option for green building techniques and assistance. Our Pledge

Not all projects are the same size or require the same treatment. We size and configure the design team specifically for your project to allow us to operate as an extension of your staff; a team sized to have the horsepower available to handle the most complex portions of the project, but with the flexibility to adjust up or down as the project evolves. We pledge to be responsive, timely, flexible, communicative, and open to your suggestions. Each of our professionals is empowered to be innovative, open-minded, decision makers that bring value to your project and positively impact your bottom-line.

Congratulations to Herb Bogert on reaching this 15-year milestone with Tillman & Associates!

Day to day, Herb works alongside our engineering staff supporting a wide range of residential and commercial developments. He is a key part of how our designs come to life, bringing clarity, detail, and coordination to every project.

He also treats us to his famous macaroni & cheese each year for Thanksgiving. And for that, we are so grateful!

Team TAE was locked in and ready to serve at last night’s Florida Feast at the Southeast Livestock Pavilion!

Each year, our staff has the opportunity to volunteer and help support this special fundraising event, assisting with alcohol sales for attendees. We love seeing our team bring their spirit of collaboration and care out into the community.

Last weekend, our TAE employees and their families came together to celebrate our company's ✨20th Anniversary!✨ We rolled out our slushie machine and spent the day at Horseshoe Lake Park & Retreat, displaying our talents at:

🥚 Egg Tossing
and the Backwards 30yd Dash 💨

A few lucky winners took home raffle prizes and employee recognition awards. And nobody left hungry, thanks to the incredible DIY Taco Bar provided by Mr. Brian Morey.

We’re incredibly fortunate to have such a dedicated group of people, and families, that have helped make our company what it is today. It’s special to have the opportunity to step away from work, spend time together, and celebrate the people who make our work family so great.

Last week, members of the Brick City B**r and W**e Festival Committee, along with esteemed guests, gathered at the Equestrian Manor at World Equestrian Center - Ocala for a special check presentation following the 2026 fundraiser.

The funds raised will help support three local non-profits: Interfaith Emergency Services, Kimberly's Center for Child Protection, and Marion County Literacy Council, Inc.. These charities provide an array of critical services for our local residents who need it most.
