Two RV leveling jack cylinders a customer brought us all the way from Jacksonville, FL. Factory replacements were out of stock and on backorder, and no hydraulic shop between Jacksonville and Ocala wanted to touch them. Both jacks had bent hollow chrome rods, and one had a bent leveling pad. We straightened the pad, machined and fabricated two new hollow rods, cleaned and resealed everything, stripped the old paint and rust, and gave them a fresh coat of paint. Both cylinders were pressure tested and are ready to go back on the RV! Some repairs take more than just replacing seals. RV friends — leaking leveling jack? Stuck jack? Bent rod? 🚐
We rebuild 'em all: Lippert, HWH, Power Gear, Level Best 3000, and every other brand. Even the factory-welded ones most shops won't touch — we cut 'em open, rebuild 'em, and weld 'em back up. Bent rod? We machine new ones.

John Deere grader cylinder came in with the rod gauged down the middle — that chrome was done for. 🛠️
Disassembled it, sandblasted and polished everything (same old head gland, good as new), cut the old mount off and prepped it for weld, fabricated a new rod with our 285 prime welder🤘, then put it all back together with a complete factory packing kit.
Reassembled and ready for work. 💪
