Completely renovated bathroom... all fixtures were relocated to accommodate a full sized tub... Euro-stylr shower door is on its way to complete this bathroom.

G. Sieri changed the swing door to a pocket door, removed a window, installed a floating sink, marble shelf at rear of tub along with a smaller shelf above, oil-brushed gold fixtures, professional tile installation, lighting, paint and much more.

No project to small... this new Ocean City homeowner requested a kitchen that would accommodate her and her daughter in this recent ttownhouse purchase.

G. Sieri reconfigured the kitchen layout to allow them both to make the most out of this communal area by putting an emphasis on a larger living room area but still have the comforts of a small/ with a full sized kitchen feel that included the benefits and features desired in a home.

This OC Goldcoast customer has a single family home and requested to enlarge the kitchen area. Per request, we relocated the existing main center support column approximately 6ft further south from center of the "Great Room" to accommodate the new kitchen location. Basically, we flip-flopped the existing kitchen and dining areas and created this large expansive kitchen with a large center island where the family would gather making memories at the shore. The old kitchen area now has a wet bar that includes an ice-making machine and beverage cooler. There will soon be a round table and chairs to accommodate more seating here.

The kitchen includes 42inch tall cabinets with two-piece crown, chimney hood, microwave drawer, under cabinet lights and receptacles, inset cabinets, recessed lighting.

The great room area also includes lvp floors as well as an updated fireplace with mantel and 4 piece granite surround, and finally the entire room was professionally painted.

In creating this larger kitchen, G. Sieri removed the existing bay window & exterior wall in the previous dining room and squared that wall creating the sink cabinet wall run which now includes the triple Andersen window.

Some creative construction logistics were required to accomplish this new look and feel; a 40ft helical pile, 23ft flitch beam and the removal of the bay window wall to bring the heavy equipment inside the home to drive that pile through the ground which now supports the new load location so the owners can realize their new kitchen at the shore.

Down to the wire!!! Finished this kitchen today, just in time for the homeowners to be able to enjoy their condo for the holiday weekend.
The owners contacted G. Sieri Kitchen & Bath Showroom in April and requested a complete kitchen makeover. The renovation included a 9ft island, farm sink, lighting,, appliances, quartz countertops, custom shelves stained to match floors, and much more.

We renovated this customers 3 bathrooms several years ago and now ready to complete the balance of the home in preparation for this summer 2025. They new exactly what they wanted.

Their vision included; removing popcorn ceilings, adding a dry bar, removing and replacing both of the old and tired fireplaces (Kitchen & Master Bedroom) with w/ shiplap, cabinets and shelves above, Her master closet included a custom shoe shelf and organizer, and finally their gorgeous kitchen.

The kitchen: installed our best selling cabinets, upgraded appliances which included a warming drawer, drawer microwave, gas stove, Fridge and a free standing shiplap hood along with a 600cfm ventilation system.

A budget friendly remodel for an Ocean City condo Owner located at .

Customer requested to reclaim countertops and appliances while updating the rest of the galley kitchen and great room. G. Sieri removed the soffit located at kitchen sink wall and installed 42inch cabinets creating more volume for storage, we installed our best selling cabinet in a shaker white, new floors, removed the old tiled floors in kitchen and matched up the existing LVP flooring with new, installed new trim in all communal areas as well as the kitchen, and completed the job with a professional paint job

Often times those bi-fold or bypass doors get in the way when doing laundry in hallways in this Ocean City rentals.

In this home renovation, we elected to remove the doors entirely and finish this room with an effective, practical, and inexpensive look.

Of course, there is much more that can be done to this area, but this finish certainly gets the job done.

Another Asbury Ave bathroom trimmed in blue & gold expressing that nautical feel just as summer is approaching.

This homeowner had a plan prior to contacting us, and the project finished as expected. All the little details were considered and then put in place: waterfall in shower, nitche with glass shelf, vessel sink and fixtures, craftsman wainscoting and more.
