Concrete leveld and walls are getting framed, we had some major issues with the underground to the city septic but a phone call was all it took to save our customer $6000 , please follow RJL Construction. Orcutt adu garage conversion, interior underground rough plumbing patched in, prep for concrete 2” lift ready and exterior wall at existing garage door framed in to accommodate lift, we have ran into several unforeseen issues as this is a very old house but we are conquering them without huge costs to the homeowner and they are very pleased at this point.
