This is an oldie but goodie. We’ve all heard the stories about mechanics car never being fixed,right? I woke up Christmas morning a few years ago and this little guy wiped out my 24v System in its entirety, defrost board, furnace control board, second stage on gas valve and the communicating Honeywell zone control board. I was fortunate that it was a mild day and the parts to get the HP and Furnace running were in stock the next day when the local store opened. I never really cared for snakes before, but now...

I’m grateful to be working on a Saturday running calls several AC calls and a Twice the Ice Machine. I had to run to Lowe’s for a part and was shocked at the number of families packing the aisles. I guess social distancing/limiting gatherings of 10 people doesn’t count if people want to work on their yard or remodel while they’re off work and practicing social distancing or limiting groups to 10 or less!

This is a prime example of the need to replace filters on your furnace or air handler. This is a blower wheel and the A-coil is usually just a bad when this happens.
