Principal-level oversight, and the accountability that turns one build into a decade of repeat work. Radcliffe Keator Construction builds commercial projects across Central Florida — and has since 1990. We are a general contractor with a license (CGC1534376), a bonding program, and roughly 120 completed commercial projects behind us: a $29.6M mixed-use town center in Orlando, the $16.2M terminal b
uilding at I-Drive 360 that houses the Orlando Eye, the world's tallest slingshot at ICON Park, a 430-foot free-standing drop tower, eight ALDI stores, four fire and public-works facilities, and a lot of retail centers, restaurants, bank branches, and medical suites that nobody photographs but everybody uses. What we do:
• Ground-up construction — concrete tilt-wall, CMU, and pre-engineered metal buildings
• Design-build delivery
• Interior and tenant build-outs
• Self-performed sitework — utilities, paving, retaining walls, fuel stations
• Preconstruction and budgeting before the drawings are finished
The part we're proudest of is harder to put in a photograph. We are good at building in occupied environments — remodeling a grocery store while it keeps trading, renovating a distribution center while it keeps shipping, expanding a medical building while patients keep coming through the door. That work has no margin for a missed sequence, and it is where a contractor's actual discipline shows up. Sectors: retail and mixed-use · restaurants · grocery · automotive service · banks · convenience and fuel · medical and dental · entertainment and attractions · industrial and warehouse · religious · civic and municipal · education and athletics.
